This project looks to examine the ways in which partisan news sources differ in their coverage of police shootings. The undergraduate researcher will be working with the professor and graduate researchers to both systemically cull online news coverage and analysis of high-profile police shootings from major media outlets and then systematically analyze that coverage using qualitative data analysis software.
