Peter HarmsDescription
Using personality assessment tools, we examine the motives, abilities, and perceptions that make students more or less successful in the university environment, resilient to setbacks, and likely to become socially invested in their environments. Students can expect to be part of literature searches, survey administration, and data analysis. This position is well-suited for individuals considering advanced degrees in organizational behavior, human resource management, organizational psychology, and personality psychology.
