This qualitative descriptive study will use in-depth interviews and geographic information systems (GIS) to explore the experience of environmental migrants’ resilient potential. The research assistant (RA) will work collaborate with the PI on multiple phases of the study; participant recruitment, interviews, GIS data collection and analysis, qualitative analysis and manuscript writing. The RA will have the opportunity to co-author publications and presentations. Secondary aims proposed by the research assistant are welcome. The project will run though fall of 2020, including the summer of 2020.

Special Skills
I am looking for a research assistant with experience interviewing vulnerable groups. Prior experience with conducting qualitative interviews and/or GIS analysis will make the candidate stand apart.
