Graduate Tuition Award System

The Graduate Tution Award System allows for the entry, approval, and management of graduate tuition awards, and has been developed for the Graduate School by the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment.

If you have been assigned to use this system, you may log in using your Bama credentials. Please contact John Chambers with any enquiries.

Fall 2020 semester will close for input on Friday, September 4th at 4:45pm. No further changes or awards can be made after this date.

Remember, appointments made after the last day to add/drop classes do NOT qualify for tuition or health insurance benefits.

Spring 2021 semester will open for input on the same date and time as fall closes.
