DESCRIPTION:Last day for students to make changes to the diploma address in
  myBama (Click View Graduation Applications link). Any changes made to the
  diploma address on the degree application after this date will not be ref
 lected in the diploma order and will lead to delays in the receipt of dipl
 omas.<br><br>\n\nStudents may edit middle name and suffix on the graduatio
 n application. These edits are for the diploma name only and do not change
  the official name on the academic record. Any other changes to the name m
 ust be filed in accordance with the UA <a href=\"https://registrar.ua.edu/
 student-services/updating-and-amending-records/\" target=_blank\">name cha
 nge policy.</a> Changes made after this date will not be reflected on the 
 diploma.
